Q: What are my payment options?

A: We offer Credit Card or Visa/Mastercard Debit Card powered by PayPal.

  

Complete your order and you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment page to input your card details and confirm your purchase. 

  • On Paypal's Secure Payment Page. Choose the country where your Credit/Debit Card was issued.
  • Enter your Card Number and other information required.
  • Click the blue CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to a payment confirmation page on the Ellana Cosmetics website.

Paypal will send you a transaction receipt via email.


Q: Can I change my order after checkout?

A: Yes, up to 1 hour after order placement. Please check our Store Policies for details.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will receive emails with your order confirmation & summary and tracking details (courier URL and tracking number for your shipment). After the notification that your package has been turned over to the courier, please allow 1-3 days for them to update tracking details.
